Our beautifully restored and stylishly decorated self catering barns provide relaxed, spacious, country chic interiors that will make your holiday a truly special occasion. With a heated indoor swimming pool, two all weather hard tennis courts and a children's play area with swings, slide and sand pit there is something for everyone to enjoy.

We also have a lovely holiday cottage in Kelling Village which has use of all the facilities at The Lowes and is perfect for smaller groups of guests. We will be adding another luxury cottage in the village to the holiday house portfolio later on this year, so watch out for updates!

The tranquil estate is just a few miles from unspoilt beaches, the charming Georgian town of Holt which is a stone's-throw away, as are historic houses at Blickling, Holkham and Sandringham. You can chill and do nothing, or sample all that North Norfolk has to offer - and there's plenty.

Well-behaved dogs with responsible owners are very welcome and for cyclists and walkers it's a wonderful place from which to explore the stunning surrounding countryside.

For families, for romance, but especially for those who love the great outdoors, a break on The Kelling Estate will refresh and inspire.
